Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items must be shipped back to us (not the manufacturer).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (herbal teas, ingestible powders)

  • Personal care items (aura mists, oils, sanitary products)

  • Digital downloads, e-books, or gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If rejected, we will notify you with further options.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, email us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping service.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
